Quetion on daily I Ching practice

Is there a specific time of day that is best to do a daily reading? I know in some divination daily practices they suggest you do them in the morning, I was wondering what is suggested for the I Ching or if it matters what time you do it.

There's no specific time on questioning the oracle. Only you should understand it's answers which are most of the time obscure and difficult to grasp. Sometimes it seems it doesn't even reply to the question as like something would oppose it.

HI, how are you all? I'm purrin,

Does anyone know what the idea of strengthening yourself is in the first hexagram (heaven)? I find that the hardest one, I understand some of it. What do they mean 'strength'? Doing push-ups and stuff? Seems to occur to me. And then I don't do it...that's another story. It's also that my x and his parents always used to say to me that you should be strong blah blah. I don't understand it properly. Confucius says you should strengthen yourself - ceaselessly. What does that mean please?
